SilverCloud Online support for people with diabetes and mental health conditions.
People across the Black Country with diabetes can now access free online support to manage their depression and anxiety from home.
SilverCloud is an online therapy tool available to people with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes.
It offers online support to people struggling with mild anxiety or depression and includes access to video and audio clips, quizzes and case studies all designed to help you boost your mood, and understand your situation. There are also stories from other people, so you can see their experiences of using the treatment and how this may help you.
The programme will also be supported by an NHS Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner who will follow your progress and provide regular support and guidance through messaging in the programme or by telephone calls along the way.
