Kooth is a free, safe and anonymous online counselling and wellbeing service that offers confidential support to people in Walsall aged 11 to 25. Kooth are staffed by fully trained and qualified counsellors who are available until 10.00pm each night, 365 days per year.
With no long waiting times or referral process, Kooth is a fantastic way for people to get the help and support they need, when they need it, rather than having to wait weeks for an appointment or in current times may be unable to access any face to face mental health support.
