Patients are encouraged to use Accurex to contact your GP surgery online. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR ROUTINE REASONS ONLY AND CANNOT BE USED FOR EMERGENCY/URGENT/ACUTE PROBLEMS/SYMPTOMS.

Registration transfer cards

Accessing healthcare can be a challenge for vulnerable migrants in temporary accommodation. Language and communication barriers can also increase access issues. Healthcare access can also be disrupted where people are relocated at short notice.

Did Not Attend (DNAs)

Not attending appointments not only costs the NHS millions per year but arranging appointments and not cancelling when you cannot make them has a major impact on other patients who need to be seen by a clinician.

The Saddlers Health Centre are now offering patients aged 75-79 and pregnant women (28 weeks or more). The surgery will be in touch over the next few weeks for those currently eligible to arrange their appointment.
