One Health and Care is currently accessed over 200,000 times per month by clinical and care staff to aid in the care they deliver patients.

Data Planning: Is the patients data that is used to understand, plan and improve health care services across the Black Country.  The use of patients personal details example name, address or NHS number are removed.

Information provided will be read only no other NHS health care service will be able to change or amend any information that is being shared.
