The following figures show the number of appointments not attended at the Surgery over a period of 1 month to 12 months’ time.

Not attending appointments not only costs the NHS millions per year but arranging appointments and not cancelling when you cannot make them has a major impact on other patients who need to be seen by a clinician.

• 12 months: 2411
